Boas Festas!

A few festive snaps to close out the year.

Boas festas! We’re easing into a chill holiday over here in Lisbon with lots of baking, movies, vinho quente, and beautiful blue sky weather. Last year we spent a few days before Christmas exploring Seville; this year we’re sticking around Lisbon as Will has to work. The kiddo and I will take a train trip up to Porto for a couple of nights after the New Year, but that’s it for the big plans. Last night we went to Wonderland in Parque Eduardo. Tonight I’ll be roasting a hunk of beef for Christmas Eve. And tomorrow we’ll have latkes and matzoh ball soup for the first night of Hannukah.
